Working in close partnership, The Creative Foundation and Kent County Council have joined with cultural agencies, schools and youth organisations to engage children and young people in the Shepway district in cultural activities over the course of the project.
Over the past six years, there has been an extraordinary arts-led regeneration in the East Kent district of Shepway. Driven by the Creative Foundation, the regeneration project includes new opportunities in the education sector, improvements in the built environment and the development of a creative quarter community with more than 100 practising creatives. This is the wider backdrop against which the Shepway Find Your Talent project has been formed.
