The aim of Sound Minds is to offer young people with mental illness the opportunity to explore different creative mediums to improve confidence, social skills, and creative skills and to aid recovery. Sessions are open to young people aged 13-25 years. The group have continuously expressed the fundamental need to attend a social activity where they can creatively reflect, learn and reduce social isolation. It is supported and staffed by mental health professionals and all young people that attend are referred through mental health providers.
