It's Not The End Of The World

FYT is funding and supporting an innovative project at Leeds Met Gallery

23rd February 2010

In 2009 six young people from the Leeds area visited exhibitions, participated in workshops, and organised an event - It’s Not The End Of The World - at the Leeds Met Gallery.
The aspiring curators and artists worked with experienced gallery staff (and freelance artists/curators) to produce an exhibition that borrowed work from the Arts Council Collection and works by Yorkshire artists.
Through FYT support Young Curators is now able to build on the successes of its first year and engage more young people in this vibrant project.
